They are very knowledgeable and detail oriented making sure your family assets are protected. They even have a new provision that protects your kids also. I would highly recommend them for all of your "trust" needs.Posted on Cindy SiedschlagTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The experience we had with Glenn (lawyer) on this matter was very good. He helped us update a 20 year old will and trust. He was very thorough and did his best to make legalese understandable! The entire process for us took about 3 weeks and required 3 meetings. We left with both a hard and soft copy of the updated package. The package included, a will and trust, financial and medical power of attorney and some miscellaneous documents. For the work we had to have done, it cost about 2,200. This was well worth the cost and time, as we now have peace of mind that our last wishes are thoroughly completed. I would recommend this law firm for other will and trust work. They were friendly, approachable and respected our privacy.Posted on Michael GrayTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Such great services and always so helpful! 10/10 would recommend!!!!!

Frequently asked questions
Here at LifePlan Legal AZ, it is our mission to help 10,000 Arizona families create an estate plan that prevents family conflict. We take the time to get to know your unique story, learn about your dreams, and answer the questions you have.
We work with individuals, families, and small businesses to prepare today for the unexpected tomorrow. While none of us can predict the future, we can give our loved ones confidence that they are honoring our dreams.
What is the difference between a will and a trust?
While both wills and trusts are put in place in order to protect your assets, they do work a bit differently. Wills are used to appoint a guardian for your children and designate beneficiaries for your assets. Trusts, on the other hand, are used to avoid probate and to specify how and when certain assets will be distributed. If you’re not sure if a will or a trust is better for your situation, contact our wills and trusts lawyers and ask about our free strategy sessions to help you plan for your future.
What does “power of attorney” mean?
A power of attorney—or POA—allows another person to act on your behalf. POAs can help manage your financial, real estate, business, or other legal matters, or assist in making medical and health care decisions, if you are unable or unwilling to do so. If you change your mind about the POA, the authorization can be revoked at any time. If you’re looking to appoint a power of attorney, we can help you understand what that means and how to move forward with the process. Our service involves a free consultation, customized planning, and ongoing support, so you can be sure that you won’t be left on your own when planning for your future.
How do I make sure my home is left to my children?
The best way to make sure your home and other assets are left to your children is through a trust. By working with our asset protection lawyers to craft a revocable or irrevocable trust, you’ll be able to designate beneficiaries (such as your children) and decide who gets what in the event of your death. This legal document ensures that your assets are distributed according to your wishes. To help you through the process, we offer a free 20-minute estate planning master class that will provide you with proven strategies and methods for crafting an effective trust, giving you the confidence you need to plan for your future.
What is a business succession plan?
A business succession plan is a legal strategy that dictates what will happen to a business after the current owner steps down, becomes incapacitated, or passes away. Succession plans outline the roles of the successors and how the business will be transferred. Our business planning attorneys offer trusted succession advice, assisting in the creation of solid business plans that protect your name, your assets, and the future of your business. By adhering to our values of empathy, education, integrity, service, and lifelong planning, we make sure our business clients have the tools they need to succeed.
What is the meaning of probate?
Probate is a legal process involved in estate planning wherein a person’s will goes through the court to verify its authenticity. This process makes sure that the will is valid to avoid wrongly distributing the deceased’s assets. Our probate attorneys can answer any questions you have about the probate process and walk you through the steps you’ll need to take to get through the probate process with ease. We also offer a free estate planning seminar every month to help educate those looking to plan for their future. If you’re looking for clarification about probate or other estate planning matters, be sure to sign up for our next seminar.
