She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Grand Canyon University and her Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership from Eastern Washington University.

A former Division I collegiate soccer player, Renee is known for her teamwork, discipline, and commitment to excellence, qualities that guide her both professionally and personally. Her faith plays an important role in her life, shaping her perspective, strengthening her character, and inspiring her to lead with kindness and purpose.

Family is at the heart of Renee’s life, providing constant encouragement and inspiration. In her free time, she enjoys staying active through sports, spending time outdoors, and being with her loved ones.
