Meet Becky

Becky Easton is a Personal Family Lawyer® dedicated to helping families and business owners make the very best legal, financial, and personal decisions for themselves and their loved ones. She believes that estate and business planning should be more than just documents—it should be a lifelong relationship built on trust, guidance, and thoughtful planning.

Born and raised in Tucson, Becky attended the University of Arizona, earning degrees in Psychology and Spanish Linguistics before working in the tech and music industries. Her passion for service led her to pursue her Juris Doctor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she further developed her commitment to supporting families, women, and entrepreneurs. During that time she also served on the Board of Directors for Youth on Record, helping empower young creatives.

After eight years in Colorado, Becky returned to Arizona to be closer to family and planted roots in the beautiful Eastmark community in East Mesa. She founded Easton Law in 2018, a hyperlocal, boutique firm focused on estate and business planning for women, families, and professionals. Now with LifePlan Legal, Becky brings her Personal Family Lawyer® approach to an even broader range of services, including guardianships and probate matters.

Becky is a recognized leader and speaker, having been featured on podcasts such as Speak Up to Lead Up, The Efficiency Bee Podcast, and Cultivating Collaboration with Avontage. She is also deeply involved in her community, having been elected by her neighbors as the first Resident Director of the Eastmark Residential Association.

Becky is committed to ensuring that her clients don’t just leave behind legal documents, but a true legacy—one that preserves their values, vision, and the well-being of their loved ones for generations to come.

When she’s not working with families and business owners, Becky enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, traveling the world, spending time at Disneyland, dancing and listening to music.
